
The ask was to help Empire Brands (Sobeys) elevate, streamline and optimize consumer emails. Freeing up creatives to focus on Creativity. We began by auditing the current landscape of thousands of emails that were created and developed painstakingly one by one. After identifying the commonalities we created a system that allows us to scale and optimize by using a set of multi functional modules that can work across all of Empire(Sobeys) brands.
This system was not designed to be a template but a tool: to automate what needs to be freeing strategist and creatives to focus on the needs of each deployment. Below is a case study on how the focus was able to be placed on campaign while having larger reach due to the customizability of the CRM system.
