In a category often perceived as cold, confusing, and impersonal, EQ Bank was doing things differently: banking that actually benefits the people it serves. But there was a catch.

Their new visual identity was still just a toolkit featuring a cast of friendly, expressive characters. However they needed life. Movement. Story. Personality. That’s where we came in.

Production with personality. We translated common everyday banking pain points into 15 second, character-driven, animated OLVs that made each benefit feel personal, not promotional.
